Connecting your booking engine to Facebook

Social Networks are among the instruments of promotion for touristic properties where you can create a dedicated profile for marketing and promotion campaigns to spread as much as possible the image of your establishment outside the traditional marketing tools.

With this system, you can reach both your customers (keeping an active dialogue with them to increase loyalty), as well as your potential customers.

In this sense, Facebook is certainly the biggest player. It has already more than a billion users and developed dedicated solutions, such as the button book now available for pages and not for personal profiles.

To proceed, you just need to log in into your facebook page and then type the text "Static HTML" in the search field.

At this point, you will activate a procedure that asks you to specify which page you want to install the "call to action" (which in your case is the action "book now"). Choosing the action, you can just paste the html code that corresponds to the link to your booking engine, and you're done.

Now, when users visit your Facebook page, will have a direct link to your online reception, in order to truly transform a visit on Facebook into a reservation.
