Some channels can produce systematic errors in the updates against which we cannot (unfortunately) do anything.
When WooDoo notices these systematic errors may suspend the channel. The suspended channels are reported to the section:
reporting the relevant error message: the specified reason is exactly the reply restored from the portal server during the update attempt.
The only way to solve the problems connected to the channel suspension is to contact the channel support, pointing out the error received and blocking the correct use of the channel manager.
When the problem is solved, you will able to click on the "Relaunch channel" to retry the update.
But if the channel is disabled because you modified your sale configuration on the portal (rooms/rates), forgetting to update the channel manager, you can simply set up again the channel.
