Reservation details

You can access the booking details by clicking on the reservation code. This code consists of the initials of the 'booker' customer and followed by a 4-digit progressive number.

Several ZaK sections allow you to view the reservation codes and then access their details: Reservations - latest, Reservations - search, Reservations - InsideOutReservations - Rack, The Planner, and others.

The booking detail consists of 5 sections:

  • Settings and customer.
  • Admin.
  • Rooms.
  • Notes.
  • Tools.

Settings and customer

This section shows the main booking data: the name of the booker, the reservation code, the period of stays, the date of creation, the status of the reservation.

Through this section you can: quickly locate the booking on the planner, add the checkin time, change the status (for example, make the reservation confirmed or canceled), assign a cancellation rule, and finally completely remove the reservation.

This section concerns booking accounting, it allows access to costs, payments and also reservation invoices. The total cost of the booking and the total paid are shown.

From this section you can:

  • Change the cost of the rooms
  • Change the cost of any extras applied to the booking
  • Change the cost related to meals
  • Record the cost of the tourist tax, possibly using the relevant plugin
  • Enter a payment for the reservation
  • Issue and obtain the invoice
  • Make payment of the reservation through a gateway that will use the credit card issued by the customer

Each ZaK reservation consists of a set of stay-rooms that are rooms associated with respective time-frames (arrival, departure) in which the room is occupied by the living stay. From this section you can add (but also delete) stay-room to the booking, it is also possible to intervene on each stay-room:

In the example, the same reservation consists of two stay-rooms: 202, 102 respectively.

For each room stay are shown at the top left the total number of registered guests occupying the room and the occupation (adults, children) of the room. In the central part there is the room type and eventually the physical room code (in case the living room is NOT pending). At the top right, the lock symbol (open or closed) indicates if the room is locked so that it will not be possible to move those guests to a high room.
